Ultimate Sacada Workshop Sunday June 6th 2:15-5:15pm

Sacadas are leg "displacements".
Without breaking the embrace, leaders and followers can easily perform 24 to 30 displacements EACH.
How many are you comfortable with?
Join Moti for the ultimate sacada class. We will start with theory, and exercises you can do on your own. We will go over ways to smooth and make your sacadas safe. We will end the workshop with tools to break the embrace and feel comfortable with executing sacadas in different positions.
This workshop is open to all levels. We’ll start from zero and build on that.
Time: 2:15-5:15pm
